Request for business termination
I. Documents required for the dissolution of an Individual Business or General Partnership:
1. Filling out form D,
2. Copy of the owner's (owners') ID card,
3. Original Business Certificate,
4. Certification from the Kosovo Tax Administration for the termination of the business.

II. Documents required for the dissolution of corporations:
1. Filling out form D,
2. Advertisement in a newspaper with large circulation in Kosovo, in one of the official languages ​​of Kosovo, in a size not smaller than 1/10 of the page. A copy from the newspaper must be brought and after 30 days these documents are completed,
3. Certificate from the Kosovo Tax Administration for the termination of the business,
4. Decision on the liquidation of the corporation,
5. Decision on the appointment of the Liquidator,
6. Report on capital assets,
7. Original business certificate,
8. Copy of the owner's ID or copy of the passport, if the owner is a foreigner,
9. Decision on the Voluntary Dissolution of the Corporation,
10. Certificates from basic education.
All of this is done according to the Law on Commercial Companies No. 06/L-016, article 114,212.

III. Documents required for the closure of a branch in Kosovo:
1. Filling out form D,
2. Advertisement in a newspaper with large circulation in Kosovo, in one of the official languages ​​of Kosovo, an advertisement in a size not smaller than 1/8 of the page,
3. Certificate from the Kosovo Tax Administration for the termination of the business,
4. Original business certificate,
5. ID. copy of the owner and ID. copy of the director/s,
6. Decision on voluntary liquidation of the Branch.
