Documents required for the termination of a Sole Proprietorship or General Partnership:<br \/>1. Completion of Form D,<br \/>2. Copy of the owner's (owners') ID,<br \/>3. Original business certificate,<br \/>4. Confirmation from the Kosovo Tax Administration for the termination of the business.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>II. Documents required for the termination of corporations:<\/strong><br \/>1. Completion of Form D,<br \/>2. Publication in a high-circulation newspaper in Kosovo, in one of the official languages of Kosovo, with an announcement no smaller than 1\/10 of a page. A copy of the newspaper must be submitted and, after 30 days, the following documents are completed,<br \/>3. Confirmation from the Kosovo Tax Administration for the termination of the business,<br \/>4. Decision on the liquidation of the corporation,<br \/>5. Decision on the appointment of the Liquidator,<br \/>6. Report on capital assets,<br \/>7. Original business certificate,<br \/>8. Copies of IDs of the owner(s) or passport copies if the owner is a foreign citizen,<br \/>9. Decision for voluntary dissolution of the Corporation,<br \/>10. Certificate from the Basic Court.<br \/>All these procedures are conducted according to the Law on Business Organizations No. 06\/L-016, Articles 114 and 212.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>III. Documents required for the termination of a branch in Kosovo:<\/strong><br \/>1. Completion of Form D,<br \/>2. Publication in a high-circulation newspaper in Kosovo, in one of the official languages of Kosovo, with an announcement no smaller than 1\/8 of a page,<br \/>3. Confirmation from the Kosovo Tax Administration for the termination of the business,<br \/>4. Original business certificate,<br \/>5. Copies of the owner's ID and the director(s)' ID,<br \/>6.
